Location: St. Patrick’s parish hall (basement); there is an elevator available for vendor use at the northeast entrance near the flagpole.
Vendor fee: $30 per table space, which includes a 8’ table and one chair for vendors to use. If you would like a larger display area you may reserve up to two tables for $60.If you need a second chair, please note this in the application. We are capping the number of booths to 30 this year, so please apply early to reserve your spot! Payment is due at the time this form is submitted. If your application is denied for any reason, you’ll receive a refund.
Display: You are welcome to bring a tablecloth and any other display items you might need.
Vendor responsibility & agreement: As a craft fair vendor, you are responsible for collecting payments for your own sales (please bring change and credit card readers as needed). Hot food items are prohibited because we will have a wonderful selection of hot food available at the festival. Vendors may sell handmade or hand-crafted items which are in accordance with local law and respectful of Catholic doctrine & teaching. St. Patrick reserves the right to remove any vendor or items found to be in violation of these terms.
