Elementary Age (k-5)

We have a lot of exciting opportunities for our young ones! Our goal is to support YOU in bringing your child closer to Jesus Christ and His Church. We acknowledge that you are your child's first teacher, and offer the following to augment how you are sharing your faith at home.

All kids in grades K-8 should be in a catechesis program to help them learn more about the true, good, and beauty we find in our Catholic faith. 

Is your student enrolled at STSJP ? Then your student is already enrolled in catechesis classes! If your student is in grade 2 at STSJP, please see below! ​


If your student does not attend STSJP (for example, attends a public school or is homeschooled), please register your student for Family Catechesis ! (formerly Sunday Religious Education/ SRE) If your student is in grade 2, please see below! More information about fees and dates is available on the Family Catechesis/ SRE page.

ALL 2nd graders (including from STSJP) should register for Sacramental Prep, which includes First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion. Click the button to register:2nd grade Sacramental Prep.

This year, our summer program is for youth who will be in K-5th grade this fall.

THE SUMMIT 2026- WANTED: Disciples for Christ will be from 4-6 pm at St. Joan of Arc on the evenings of June 7th, 8th, and 9th, with an opportunity for family Adoration and dinner together on the 9th. This program is free, but registration is required. DEADLINE to receive a t-shirt: TBD
