Craft Fair: This year, our craft fair will be located in the tent on the concrete pad at the corner of Broadway and Armstrong, and will feature over a dozen vendors! Visit our Craft Fair page for more details!

Donated Baked Goods: Individually wrapped baked goods can be dropped off at St. Patrick parish office on Friday, October 2nd or inthe parish hall (basement) during the week - look for the table labeled "Harvest Festival Drop Off." We are unable to refridgerate items.

Family Fun: We are excited to bring back several games for children of all ages, from toddler games to activities for teens! 
Game wristbands are free this year, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors! Free wristbands are required to play, and are available at the ticket tables. Activities excluded from the wristband are the dunk tank (1 ticket per play) and mini pumpkin patch (2 tickets per pumpkin).

Live Music: Choral Reef will be joining us again this year with live music throughout the festival! Follow & support them on Facebook: www.facebook.com/choralreefperu 

Beer Garden: The Knights of Columbus will be at the event with a selection of alcoholic beverages for adults for purchase. Cash only.

How can I volunteer? Please visit our page on iVolunteer to sign up for volunteer slots. There will be a volunteer check-in table at the festival near the ticket table.

Where can I get raffle tickets? One sheet of tickets will be mailed to each St. Patrick’s household. To purchase additional tickets, pick up a sheet of tickets at the pastorate office or purchase on the day of the event. Suggested donation of $1 per ticket, or 6 for $5. The drawing will take place during Harvest Festival - y0u do not need to be present to win. CG Lic # 002584

What can I buy with food/activity tickets? 

• Food served in the parish hall (hot dogs, brats, tacos, cans of soda, etc.)
• Dunk Tank
• Mini Pumpkin Patch 

Can I donate a bake sale item? Yes, please! There will be a St. Patrick booth selling all donated baked goods near the craft fair. Donated bake sale items can be dropped off in the parish hall (basement) during the week of the festival or on Friday, October 2nd. Any unsold bake sale items will be donated to the pastorate staff and/or volunteers. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any bake sale items that require refrigeration. 

I’d like to sponsor the event! How can I sign up? Sponsorship forms are accepted until September 1st. Complete the sponsorship form, available here.

How do I sign up for the Craft Fair? The application form will close on September 1st, or when we reach capacity (20 vendors). If you have any questions about the craft fair, email [email protected]. 

What is included in the Craft Fair fee? The fee reserves an 8' table and 1 chair for the craft fair. You will need to bring your own display items. Visit our Craft Fair page for more details!
